A grudge does you more harm than the person who you’re holding it against. I was a really angry teenager. I screamed at my parents and siblings constantly. I could a hold a grudge for days, and I wouldn’t speak to the person I was mad at… Even the ones I lived with. At eighteen, I decided I hated all of my anger. I worked on becoming more patient and forgiving. It’s hard really hard. It’s been four years, and I still feel that anger want to bubble up.
