The most common advice that is said to a TTC (trying to conceive) couple also happens to be some of the worst.
I want to start by saying that if you have ever said this to me/someone else or thought about saying it. Don’t feel bad. MANY people believe this myth, and it’s not your fault for trying to be helpful.
As someone going through my own fertility journey, I have made it my job to be extremely honest what it’s really like. I am also here to share what can be and isn’t helpful.
Fertility and infertility don’t need to continue on as a taboo topic. It’s isolating enough, and there’s no reason to continue hushing women over something that is almost always out of their control.
So, let’s discuss the biggest piece of advice that actually doesn’t help at all…
