The longing grows a little every day.

If you have read even a handful of my blogs, you probably have picked up on my deep desire to be a mom. It’s literally all that I have ever wanted in life.

My husband and I just celebrated two years together on the 9th of January. We both agreed that we would wait a couple of years before trying for a baby.

Just because I want to wait a bit doesn’t mean that I don’t think about it a lot. Some may say that I think about it too much, because every three months or so, I convince myself that I am pregnant.

It’s about to get slightly TMI. So, take this as your warning. (-:

I have a hormonal IUD.

If you don’t know what an IUD is, it is pictured up above. It is a form of birth control that is directly inserted into the uterus. It is an incredibly painful procedure.

It is 99% effective, and most girls don’t get a period on it.
