Glad that your experiment had such a positive impact on you!
My friend who studied Psychology and is a former counsellor. Told me that they once did a study on an anxious mind and a grateful mind. The same part of the brain lights up whether is anxious or grateful. So, if your negative thoughts are ever anxious ones, throw in some gratitude too! 🤍
