Have You Been Getting More Hate?
Medium, please don’t turn toxic too.

People just assume that I fit the judgy Christian stereotype.
Putting your life / opinions out there almost always means you will get hate. It’s inevitable. You are told to ignore it, but sometimes, people overstep and cut a little too deep.
Hate is subjective, and how it is handled varies from person to person.What looks like a difference of opinion to you could feel like direct hatred to another. At least, most can agree that the internet hasn’t lowered the amount of hate in the world at all.
When I began to realize that Medium has haters too…
I don’t know if I was naive or what, and honestly, for the longest time, I went months and months without a single hate comment. I read post after post about the amazing writing community on here. I never saw hate, and no one talked about it. That is until one day I realized that rude people are on here too.
