Writing a book is one of the best journeys a writer can go on. It forces you to dig through every part of your mind to come up with the story and the thousands of details needed. It seems impossible for a while. Slowly but surely, it will start to come together.

I don’t won’t to sugarcoat anything. I won’t act like it was super easy. However, I can confidently say that it was 100% worth it. There are very few things better than holding your very own book.

In October of 2018, I started writing my book at just nineteen years old. By late August of 2019, I held my first copy. I had just turned twenty in June, and I was officially a published author.

This is a story I love telling, and I hope it inspires/motivates you to write your own.

Ever heard the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child”? Yeah, the same goes for writing a book.
