WiFi is usually MUCH cheaper here in the US. The reason getting WiFi in this particular location has something to do with the area's WiFi. Some small towns don't have the proper materials in order to get regular WiFi. We also rent our little piece of land from a guy. So, I believe that our lack of ownership doesn't make the situation any easier or cheaper.
