I always refer to these girls as "pick me"s. They end up being super cringe. They act like they are way above girls and can only stand to be around guys. I can imagine your frustrations in seeing your brother repeatedly go after the same kind of girl repeatedly. I have a sister who goes after the same kind of bum guys. It's hard to witness.
