I Am A Better Me Because Of Who I Was Yesterday

Everyone thinks about their past.

Many are regretful. Many reflect on what there could have been. Many wonder what would have become of them if that thing didn’t happen.

There’s always that one thing in our past that we ask ourselves, “What if that did/didn’t happen?”

For someone as anxious as myself, I never look back. I refuse to live a life of many regrets. I keep my eyes always looking forward. There are pros and cons to this way of thinking.

Today, I’ll share three examples to help explain my way of thinking.
