I Am A Christian That Believes In Santa
Can Santa “exist” without taking away from Jesus?
Blogmas Day 15

In the Christian world, there is in an ongoing battle of what holidays are okay and how to celebrate these holidays every single year.
As a kid, I trick-or-treated. The tooth fairy left me money for my teeth. Santa ate the cookies I left him, wrote me notes, and left me tons of gifts. My mom would make pink heart pancakes and give me little gifts on Valentine’s Day. There were green pancakes on St. Patrick’s Day too. The Easter bunny hid my Easter basket every year for me to find.
My mom was a Pinterest mom before Pinterest. She was creative, and she made every holiday fun. My dad always went along with everything too.
In my perfect little bubble, it took me many years to realize how many Christians were against this.
So, can Santa “exist” without taking away from Jesus’s birth?
