I get really caught up in the "making it big" mindset too. I have been wanting to be a writer for three and a half years. I even wrote a book. When I started my writing ventures, I didn't realize it would be THIS hard. I just always remind myself why I write. It's not just for the money but for the freedom in expressing myself however I please.
