I have always been an open book in-person and online. It has gotten me hurt more times than I can count, but it has also done a lot good too. People have felt comfortable opening up to me, and I have received so much encouragement from others. It really has to do with how fragile they are feeling. If they can't hear their wrong thing at all, they need to be more cautious about opening up.
