I LOVE watermelon!!! For my birthday, I asked my mom for a watermelon "cake." I just wanted ice cold watermelon. She picked the perfect one, and it was one of my best cakes haha. (She's an amazing baker, but with my gluten and lactose intolerance, we have to get creative lol)
