I mostly agree with the point you are trying to make. Christians are called to care for others needs before their own. I do believe that people still have to make a living, and as long as they aren't being sneaky like the tax collectors in the Bible, the increase in prices during these times seems kind of inevitable. I won't get into that too much, because to be honest, I don't know much about the economy.

I don't believe Ramsey's view point speaks for all Christian Republicans though. I believe politics has really forced its way into Christianity, and it has led to a lot of bias and hate. Just because I am Christian who likes chocolate chip cookies doesn't mean every Christian will like chocolate chip cookies.
