I personally don't think you have anything to worry about. I believe if ghosts were real that would be explained in the Bible. Those in Heaven are supposed to forget their troubles. I don't believe walking around on Earth would help me to do so. There people who have had paranormal experiences. I believe it is all God and spirits/angels, but it's never happened to me. 🤷‍♀️
