I prefer prayer mediation. I focus on breathing and prayer/scripture references.

After my last miscarriage, my sister-in-law gave me a book called "Breath as Prayer: Calm your anxiety, focus your mind, and renew your soul." It takes a short verse. You inhale one line and exhale on the second line. I have really been enjoying it.
