I Took A Real Vacation From Medium

Here’s How I Actually Felt About It…

I had no intention of not being on Medium during our getaway.

The pool at our resort!! It was a little on the chilly side, but it wasn’t too bad! (:

I had no actual plans to take a vacation from Medium. I am always on here, and I love it. I am very dedicated to my writing, and I hold myself to high standards. I have to force myself to take a break.

When my husband and I planned our vacation to Orlando, FL (thanks to a really good travel deal), I had no intention of not being on Medium during our getaway. I packed my laptop and everything.

After nine hours of driving, we finally arrived. It was warm and beautiful. I decided right then that I would take a vacation from Medium.

We only stayed in Orlando for three nights, but my sister was watching my pets back home. I invited her to stay a couple of days after we got back. This stretched my Medium vacation out even more.

I had a scheduled post on Monday. I didn’t check my stats or notifications again until Friday. Today is Sunday, and I am finally writing and reading today.

We didn’t go to Disney, but we did go to Disney Springs. 💛
