I Woke Up Empty…

Sometimes, I’d rather just stay in my dreams.

I am always very groggy when I wake up, and I can’t always separate my emotions from dreams to real life.

I am a vivid dreamer. I also remember almost all of my dreams.

Most of my dreams make no sense. My husband and I call these my “crack dreams,” because they always make it seem like I was taking some kind of drug in my sleep.

I have a lot of realistic nightmares like my husband cheating on me, and my teeth falling out. The list of lovely dreams like that goes on and on.

But the best and worst dreams I have are the ones where I am pregnant.

I am a mom in many of my dreams.

My “mom” dreams are the most real.

One of my favorites was when I had three young children, and I was pregnant with my fourth. The whole dream I was on Cloud 9. My husband and I hope/plan to have four children. We both come from a family of nine.
