It is so good! 🙌 I am more of a rester when sad emotions are present, but when it is just an anxiety flare up, I don't want to think haha. Distraction and productivity is one of my biggest coping mechanisms. It's hard to pull myself out of bed at first, but I am always glad that I did. I always appreciate the reminder though! 🤍
