It really depends on each child!

Some children don’t have long attention spans. Children like that need to have space to roam around. Outside activities are best.

Most toddlers like playing with their own toys alone. They prefer to just tell you what they are doing, but a lot of times they don’t want you to intervene.

Kids 6 and up are the age range I have found to be most interested in playing actual games. They like more structured activities.
