Jesus WAS sinless, and a lot of these verses were taken way out of context.

For example, "Woman, what does this have to do with me?" was in some ways like saying "ma'am" in our culture. That was just how he addressed her. It was also believed that Mary was wanting Him to take over the world in that moment, and Jesus was telling her that was not for her to decide. We have no idea His tone, and He did end up making wine for the wedding.
