If you didn’t know, Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday. My sweater probably helped give that away.
There’s just something about the excuse to love a little harder on an adorable day of pink and red everything. Being married only makes me want to celebrate love even more.
As promised, I am writing a post on how my husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day over the weekend.
While I was getting ready, my husband put together a surprise.
I could hear my husband banging around as I fixed my hair and did my makeup. I just dismissed it as him playing with our dog. They can play pretty rough at times haha.
When I was done, my husband showed me what he had been putting together. I was SO happy. I had asked for this rocking chair for Christmas, but my husband had gotten me something else instead. I didn’t know if I would ever get one or not.
