Keep relying on God for guidance through this! I would suggest making little goals. It would be overwhelming to anyone to make immediate changes.

Your little goals could be something like:

No diet soda on Sundays.

Go for a 20 minute walk one day a week.

Etc.

Starting small is really a great way to make achievable changes. 🤍
