Leaders have different expectations than just a regular civilian like me. If they weren't taking action or speaking up, they would be a terrible leader.

As I mentioned in the disclaimer, this is about how I personally handle loving through the election. It doesn't mean that in my personal/offline life I don't have any conversations or take any actions. It just means that to protect my peace and the peace of my followers... I don't get into political debates. If I felt like there was some kind of shortage on political discussions, I might rethink that. However, it is everywhere. People didn't follow me to hear my political views.

There is enough division in our country right now, and I see no purpose in causing more of that in my own life. I'd rather listen than speak out. I encourage those that feel that calling to speak out as much as they would like. But it is also safe to say that not everyone should.
