All Things Love for Valentine’s Day Weekend

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” — 1 Corinthians 13:4–8 NIV

It’s a beautiful thing to love. It’s such a gift to feel so deeply for those around us. There’s no better feeling than being loved by others. The verse above sums it all up best, but there is so much that could be said about love.

Valentine’s Day gets a lot of hate, but it is my favorite holiday as I say every year. Love is amazing, and it deserves to be celebrated. Having a whole day dedicated to it just makes sense.

Too many people believe it is just a day for couples and overspending.

I believe it is so much more.
