My husband and I don't share our location. We don't have any solid reason why we don't. I have mentioned it before, because I am so paranoid about being kidnapped lol. My husband and I are together a lot of the time, and we always tell each other what we are up to the little time that we are apart. So, it's never really been an issue for us to not share.

I understand your feelings though. Maybe, you guys could compromise. On vacations, you get to share locations. After vacation, she can choose to stop sharing her location with you. It would make things easier for the both of you. (:
