He is my knight dressed in blue scrubs, and I love him more than any other human on this Earth.
Married or not, everyone knows marriage comes with its challenges. I have written about the hard parts of marriage, but I try my best to also share the beautiful and amazing parts.
Ever since I can remember, I always dreamed of being a wife. I have always wanted to be a young wife. In my eyes, marriage was a fairytale, a happily ever after in other words. As I grew up, I realized that marriage comes with it’s own problems, and it isn’t something to just constantly romanticize about. Marriage would NOT solve all of my problems.
Yet, I never stopped dreaming. I dated the same guy throughout high school, and by the end of the relationship, marriage wasn’t looking so hot to me. A year after that breakup, my now husband came into my life, or really… He came up on my phone screen when I was going through a dating app.
