Oh my!!! A whole month without offering the poor things water?? That's terrible. Both my cat and dog love water. The second their water bowls are empty; they will both make such a fuss. I can't imagine depriving them of that. ):

I hope your sister will drop some of her pride and allow you to help her. She has access to a guinea pig expert, and she should take advantage of that lol!
