This poem was a whole life’s worth of dealing with anxiety and people. This poem is not directed at one person.

I have written many posts on anxiety. I have dealt with it all my life, and have talked to many others dealing with it. I have read and listened to many others stories in books, blogs, movies, and videos.

I am no professional or expert, but I do know a lot. This is a topic that needs so much awareness. I will always share my experiences and what I know. I hope it teaches those without anxiety, and helps those with anxiety to see they aren’t alone.

One of the biggest things with anxiety is the need for support.

I long for reassurance and validation. I need someone to listen to my crazy worries without judging or shaming me. It also helps to be reminded of all the times I got through something. I am very blessed to have many people in my life to support me through this battle of mine.
