Progress with word of the Year is so subjective, and there is hope in that. I have chosen different words of the years, and I always forget them a few months in haha. This year, I chose surrender, and I try harder to remind myself of that. I haven't done a perfect job, but I have been able to push myself back to it. Just like how you might not have reacted as calmly as you would have liked, you still are trying to work towards that. To me, that is serious progress!!
