Such a great message! 🙌🏻 I used to deal with anger issues, and I hated it about myself. I learned that taking anger and finding a different emotion (disappointment, sadness, etc.) to feel helps. Anger is hard to tame, and it is too easy to speak out of line. But hurt is much easier to convey in a more gentle and loving way. I always try to apply James 1:19-21 in my marriage. I don’t want to be the nagging wife that Proverbs continually calls out!
