The Things I Do To Stay Basic

I am a basic white girl**, and I fully embrace it. This isn’t the first time I have talked about this either.
When cute socks became the thing (mostly because of Forever 21), I was all about them. For Christmas and my birthday, I was thrilled to get socks with cute prints or sayings on them.
When Starbucks frappuccinos were all the young teen girls’ thing, I couldn’t jump on that train quick enough. I even tried to force myself to like pumpkin spice for a while, but I have learned that it will always be disgusting.
When scrunchies made their comeback a couple of years ago, you best believe I had one on my wrist to match all my outfits. One of my sisters even bought me a 100-pack of scrunchies for my birthday once.
