The whole show made me so sad. Tony's story was extremely heart wrenching, because he LIKED Jeffrey.

I think a lot of his killings were caused from neglect, because he never wanted them to "leave him."

The worst part was him knowing he was messed up, and no one helped him. This is why mental health awareness is so important. If his mental issues were taken more seriously, maybe there could have been less victims or NONE.
