The world is definitely lacking so much kindness today. We need more people with this kind of attitude.

I don't know how I would have reacted if I had a lady talk to me that way lol. I hope that I would have been able to think like you in that moment. I have never worked in a coffee shop, but I have heard way too many awful stories on how baristas are treated. I always do my best to be extra kind.
