This is a very important to lesson to learn. I had to learn the hard way in my marriage. Saying sorry never came easy, because a lot of times, it felt like if I said sorry that I was apologizing for my feelings. My husband took it as me being extremely defensive. I am still not perfect at it, but it's definitely something I am always working on.
