This is exactly where I am at with my writing.

As writers, I don’t think we become more effective by producing more articles on Medium, but by stepping up, maybe writing a book, starting a podcast, or doing public speaking and increasing awareness around a topic. Medium will get you to a certain length, and that’s its limit. The more exposure we create outside this basic box, the more effective we become. Whether we create those ideas, podcasts, and videos ourselves or use digital tools, it doesn’t matt…
