This is something I have really been working on. I have been so anxious lately that I catch myself tensing up and gritting my teeth subconsciously. I have been trying to be more aware. I loosen my shoulders, take a deep breath, and relax my jaw. Then, I say a quick prayer to keep my thoughts light and on Him.
