This is such a scary thought. I made my first Instagram account at 12. I still had an amazing childhood, but my adulthood is definitely all about the online world.
On Sundays, I don't get on Medium, Instagram, Facebook, or Tiktok. I feel like that has helped me pull away from the online world a lot.
