Wedding expectations have just gotten way out of hand. I got married at the very beginning of 2021. My goal was to have a nice wedding without breaking the bank... Let alone making others break the bank!! My bachelorette party/bridal shower was at my sisters. We played board games and ate homemade cupcakes. We had a GREAT time, and no one had to worry about costs. It's just crazy to me what brides expect these days.
