Why I Love Spending Nights With My Husband
My Favorite Part of the Day

Evening time will always be our time.
My favorite part of marriage are nights spent together.
I word it like that, because my husband is on a swing schedule. He switches between night and days quite often. We don’t always get to spend the night together.
I believe this makes me soak in the nights together even more.
And before your mind goes there, I am referring too much more than intimacy.
There are no distractions at night.
It’s just me and my husband curled up in each other’s arms.
It’s dark. Our phones are plugged in and charging. Our pets are asleep. The workday is over. The apartment is clean or mostly clean.
There’s nothing there to interrupt us. We have each other’s full attention.
Sometimes, we talk about the day. Other times, we are picking on each other. Whatever we lay there talking about, we always seem to be laughing.
