I come from a less affectionate family as well. My dad is known for patting our backs. I hardly hug my mom. My siblings and I NEVER hug😂 My family is better at expressing love through words, but even then, I wouldn’t consider us super affectionate. I am pretty used to it. I understand the feelings. 💕
