Coming Up With Goals When You Don’t Know What You Want

Finding the knowns in the unknowns.

I hate New Years resolutions. I know some people are into them, and if they work for you, all the power to you! But for a lot of people, they are long forgotten by February 1.

In my opinion, New Year’s resolutions are way too broad. People are writing their end goal without making small, achievable goals to get there.

I love making little goals. I make them all throughout the year, but the new year is a really great time to stop and reflect even more.

This year looks a little different for me, and it has been harder to come up with a solid list of goals. Since this past weekend, I have been brainstorming hard.

With all the uncertainties and unknowns with the year ahead, I wanted to find things that I do know. Mostly, things that I CAN control.
